Studio Rules

The studio is under surveillance at all times. You will have privacy in your rental space(no cameras) but all outside areas, hallways, entrances, and exits have cameras.

Studio Rules

*If any of these rules/policies are broken, you will be charged a $100 minimum fee.*

  • We are not liable for any personal injuries or illnesses during your time at the Studio and recommend you carry business liability insurance to protect yourself and your clients.

  • The main doors MUST be locked at all times. This is super important for everyone’s safety. Do not give your clients or anyone else the code. Please meet each client at the main door to let them in to ensure the door is being locked properly each time.

  • Do not allow your clients to hang out in any areas that you did not rent. If you are hosting minis, clients must wait for you outside until it is their turn. There is no lobby / waiting area inside either building!

  • WAREHOUSE: No shoes or cake smashes directly on the Warehouse papers. Do not cut the papers unless you have emailed us 48 hours in advance requesting a fresh cut (you will be charged $25). Please refer to our rules and policies for this room here.

  • Your time slot includes your setup and clean up. We have cameras at all entrances and will charge you for entering the studio early, or going over on your time. You may text us and ask if you can extend at $30/ half hour. This is subject to studio availability!

  • Clean up after yourself and your clients before you leave. Put everything back how you found it, and make sure all pillows and blankets are straightened. Take all trash with you.  There are cleaning supplies in each building that you are welcome to use. (Building A: back hallway counter & Bathroom, Building B: Prop room counter and cleaning closet across from The Loft). If you walk in and find things out of place, damaged, dirty, etc. please notify us ASAP so we can charge the renter ahead of you. Bedding is changed regularly but if you want a clean top sheet or blanket, you can grab one from the hall closets. Please place any dirty laundry in the hamper in the bathroom (for Building A) or hampers in the Lounge shelf or Prop closet (for Building B).

  • Please keep noise levels down and be respectful to the offices directly above and below our studios, as well as other renters that are in the building. Do not allow your clients to run, yell, scream, etc. No Jumping off the bed / couch. Do not drag furniture across the floor. Keep music volumes down.

  • You are responsible for you and your clients safety during your stay. Always keep the doors locked and be aware of your surroundings. The windows are not tinted, so be aware of how your clients may present themselves from outside for boudoir or nude sessions.

  • Do not damage the walls. Do not hang anything on the walls without prior approval.

  • No food or drink allowed (besides water) without prior approval.

  • No pets allowed. Service animals must be approved a minimum of 24 hours before your rental. If an unapproved animal is brought into the studio you will be charged a $250 pet fee!

  • No open flames, candles, body oil, confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, or any other outside prop that may leave a mess or cause damage to the studio. If you aren’t sure, please ask us ahead of time.

  • The bathroom and hallways are public areas - do not let your clients walk through them unless they are fully dressed. If changing into lingerie, have your clients change inside the rental room. Do not leave any clothing or personal items in the bathroom!

  • Let us know if there are any repairs to be made or maintenance to be done. You are responsible for any damage occurring to the studio during your time slot and may be subject to a repair fee. Please treat our studio with care and insure your clients are respectful as well. 

  • Workshops or large styled events must be approved beforehand. Please email us with the details before booking. Only one contracted photographer permitted at the studio during a time slot unless special permission was given beforehand.

  • SALON RENTALS : If you only rent one station, you must only use one station. This means you cannot hang out in the other stations, use the chairs, or put your stuff on those stations, even if you think no one else is using them. If you did not rent it, you cannot use it. If you feel like you need more space when you arrive, please call us or text us and see if another station is available to add. If you are using multiple artists(hair and makeup artist) you must book a station for each of them. 

Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions. Please double check your date, time, and chosen rental are all correct before submitting.

  • No refunds on unused time. 

  • Studio House AZ reserves the right to cancel any bookings at their discretion. In the rare case that this happens, a full refund will be given.
